System description:

The E-Mobility range of educational solutions is designed to train the technicians and engineers of tomorrow in the design, manufacture, and maintenance of electric vehicles.

E-Mobility is based on cutting-edge power and control circuits and a gearbox, designed and manufactured in France.

The Delivery Trike (Ref: EY10) and the Electric Balance Bike (Ref: EY00) allow students to work on a real instrumented vehicle used for last-mile deliveries.

The E-Mobility brushless motor control study kit (Ref: EY17) and the power and control kits enable students to develop projects around electric mobility, but also to study brushless motor control in conjunction with an active load bench.

These products come with a technical and educational file in digital format.

  • Study of the power chain and efficiency
  • Communication protocols (CAN, etc.)
  • Study of assistance strategies
  • Integration and adjustment of sensors
  • Gear shifting strategy
  • Peripheral integration projects
  • Brushless motor adjustments and study of phase adjustments (brushless sampling)
