Brushless axis dosing machine (Generation 2 with IO-Link)

System description:

The Dosaxe system is an automated "on-the-fly" filling system for jars/bottles of various sizes in a continuous production environment. It is based on a genuine industrial machine used in the food, pharmaceutical, and cosmetics industries.

This automated system can be used independently with jars/bottles, for example, or as part of the flexible ErmaSmart production line.

The main functions of the Dosaxe system are:

  • Conveying jars/bottles from the inlet to the outlet of the system (jars/bottles can be conveyed either singly or in pairs in parallel, in different sizes).
  • Filling the jars/bottles on the fly or at a standstill with the linear axis using brushless motorization

This automated system, designed in line with the principles of the Industry of the Future (Industry 4.0), meets the main requirements for intelligent and evolving production methods:

  • Scalability & Flexibility with the possibility of assigning the system to different types of production
  • IoT & Communications with the PLC, variable speed drives, and communicating circuit breakers
  • Efficient Actuators with the linear axis with brushless motor
  • Communicating circuit breakers

This teaching system is mainly intended for activities involving driving, system control, industrial maintenance, electrical engineering, automation, and mechanics.
